上海宝捷丽钢精密机电模具有限公司系跨国公司法国R.BOURGEOIS集团旗下控股子公司。R.BOURGEOIS公司于1929年成立于法国东部中心城市贝桑松，在美国、墨西哥、瑞士、上海等地均设有生产基地，至今具有70多年的历史，是高精度钨钢级进模具、电机和变压器铁芯的生产行业的领头羊之一。

上海宝捷丽钢成立于1998年，以生产锭子和转子马达冲片（马达自动铆叠铁芯）为主，公司注册资金600万美金，员工人数120人，并取得了ISO9001：2000和ISO TS16949：2002的质量体系认证，主要客户有美国，德国，法国以及日本等世界着名厂商。
